How much are delivery, duty and taxes cost?

KYOMO ships for free to the countries listed above. Duties and taxes are covered for all purchases with delivery address in EU and Japan made on

For orders shipped to an address outside EU  and Japan the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the shipment reaches the specified delivery address. The buyer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that KYOMO has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, KYOMO cannot predict their amount. KYOMO advises the buyer to contact the local customs office for further information.

What’s the warranty on the watches?

All watches are covered by our standard 2-year warranty. We guarantee the movement to be free of any manufacturing defect for two years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made using unauthorized resellers.

What i find inside a watch box?

Every KYOMO watch is delivered inside a luxury box that contains a tool to adjust the milanese band, the instruction about how to adjust the band to your wrist, the Warranty Card, and a card where we welcome and thank you for choosing us

How can i adjust the watch band?

Every KYOMO watch box contains a card with the explanations how to adjust the band and the proper tool to do it. It is very easy to manage it all.

Can I change the band ?

Yes you can substitute our band with another one you like more . You can do it by yourself if you have the proper tools or you can ask to the closer watch shop/repairer, they do it for free usually.

Can I get multiple watches and ship them to different places?

No, we’re not able to ships items within the same order to different shipping addresses.

You need to place multiple order, but if you contact us we will give you a code to get your multiple watches discount !

How waterproof are the watches?

The watches are resistant to 5ATM. They can be taken into the shower. Since our watches must be considered a luxury timepiece we advise to not use them in situations where they can get easily scratched.


What is made of a Vegan Leather band?

All our leather bands are Vegan band! That means they are cruelty free and made with the highest quality of microfibre and PU, giving you the leather look, but without the harm.

Plus our PU is recycled; so we are not adding any new carbon fossil material to this planet, that's cool right?


What is the difference between PU Leather and Genuine Leather ?

First of all we need to dispel the myth about the "quality" of genuine leather.

In fact genuine leather is made of split leather, and it is considered the lowest quality of animal leather.

Having clarified that, high quality PU leather is more resistant than genuine leather towards cracking; doesn't change the color over time and the water doesn't degrade it.  Do you really need another reason to prefer PU leather to genuine leather?
